1. Overview
Signatures Generator ("we", "us", "the site") operates the signature tools at signaturesgenerator.com. This policy explains what information we do and don't collect when you use the site. We've built the tools to need as little information from you as possible.
2. Your signatures stay on your device
Every tool on this site runs entirely in your web browser. When you type or draw a signature, it is rendered locally using your browser's HTML canvas. Your name, signature, and any details you enter are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. When you download a signature, the file is generated on your device.
3. Information we do not collect
- We do not require an account, so we don't collect names, emails, or passwords to use the tools.
- We do not upload, log, or store the signatures you create.
- We do not sell or rent any personal information, because we don't collect it in the first place.
4. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is used to keep the site secure and reliable, and is not linked to any signature you create.
5. Cookies and analytics
The core tools work without cookies. If we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited, it is limited to aggregate, non-identifying usage data. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
6. Third-party services
We load web fonts from Google Fonts to display signature styles. When your browser requests these fonts, Google may receive standard request information such as your IP address, in line with Google's own privacy policy. No signature data is shared with them.
7. Children's privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the tools don't collect personal information, no such data is gathered from any user.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a company holds about you. Since we don't hold your signatures or account data, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or delete.
